Picture update: 09/11/2008: off-spring with Mercedez and Pecunia
14/12: Today we have been out hunting - for Cummel the first time in the woods. Now we are exhausted, but very happy about our day!!! Cummel worked very well, he could find several pheasants and also retrieve some.
It was also the moment to test his new safety vest, to protect his chest against bramble. We find it very practical, in addition he was always visible between the bushes.
06/12: Cummels son Kasimir van de Tuindershof finished today his GGB obedience test with 281 points "excellent", congratulations!!!
04/12: This picture from our Cummel decorates the calendar from the German Weimaraner Club this month.
02/12: New: from now you can find recommended litters for hunting training on our puppy page. Parents with hunting results.
11/10: Today Cummel and me went hunting, together with Ronny & Ginger and Filip & Rey. It was the first time that Cummel was with us on practical hunting and he really liked it a lot! He did his job quiet well, but we have to work a little more on his condition. What we brought back home was not only a new experience but also a very good meal: a pheasant! Next weekend we are back in the fields!

27/09: Cummels daughter Gawonii participated in her first field trial today - and scored a 2nd price in junior class, her first qualification, wow!!! The trial was organized by the Swedish Weimaraner Club. Big congratulations to Kristina from Pasquinel's!!!
20/09: On the Autumn amateurs field trial organised by the Belgian Weimaraner club Cummel gained the qualification "1st good" !!!
We were lucky, on "our" field there were many pheasants and Cummel could use them to make a point! His run could have been a bit better, but he had to point all the time! There was also a hare but Cummel didn't see him or he was more interested in the birds.

14/09: Today Ellen and Jeremy from "Cum Caerulei Oculi" kennel invited us for a litter meeting: 4 of the 5 kids from Pecunia & Cummel came and we all had a great time together!

03/09: Happy Birthday, all 11 kids from Beau x Cummel, today is their second birthday!
31/08: At the Club Match of the Belgium Weimaraner Club Cummel was entered in working class and was second with the note "excellent". Our judge was: Tanja Breu-Knaup from the German Weimaraner Club. We had a fantastic day with our weim friends, time to chat, sitting in the sun and observing the ring... We met also Mini's sister and brother.

21/08: Today Gino has earned his third 1st price in open class to finish his Swedish Blood Tracking Championship, big congratulations, we are so proud of Cummels son!!!!
20/08: Mini has moved to her home in Sweden. We knew: this day had to come and we miss her terribly... But we are also happy for her and her owners Peter and Hanne: they are finally together - they had to wait a long time! Mini, good luck up in the north, we had such a wonderful time together!!!
02/08: Gino has gained another first price in open class blood tracking today! Just one more to go to be a Swedish blood tracking champion, we keep our fingers crossed!!
30/07: Gino did today a very good job: he got a first price in a blood tracking test open class with all possible points 42/42, good job!!! Congratulations!!!
19/07: Mini passed the test of natural FT ability organised by the Belgium Weimaraner Club with success and got her first hunting merit TAN (test d’aptitude naturelle)!!! With her age of only 6 months and 5 days a big achievement, maybe the youngest until now? A good start for her hunting carrier.
10/07: Gallardo has earned her third " first obedience price" in open class. She got the "obedience diploma first class" and the title "LP1", big congratulations, well done!!!
07/07: Gawonii and Nova participated in the junior tests of the Swedish weimaraner club and did a good job! Gawonii got 8/10 on water retrieving and 9/10 on tracking, Nova achieved even 10/10 in both tests, congratulation!!!

04/07: World Weimaraner Championship Show 2008 in Tullgarn (Sweden): Cummel gets "excellent" 4th in working class.
Just like yesterday we spent a wonderful day with everybody outside! Cummel meets his daughter Gawonii and his son Geronimo, they are so lovely!
03/07: World Continental Gundog Show 2008 in Tullgarn (Sweden): Cummel gets "excellent" and wins the working class. By earning the CAC he becomes Swedish Champion!!!
We meet finally Kristina and the lovely "Pasquinel gang" and have a great day together with Swedish and international weim friends and their dogs, with wonderful weather and beautiful surroundings.
28/06: During our holidays in Sweden Cummel has passed his first blood tracking test (basis test) with 37/42 points! Thanks to our friends Hanne and Peter, for the blood tracking course from the distance, the organisation and the beautiful days we spent at your home!!! Peter had prepared a training track one day before the test and gave me very useful advises: don't speak too much and just trust your dog!!! I was so nervous, but we succeed...
15/06: Gawonii had a great day: her first show (VG in Avesta) and did just fantastic on the basic blood tracking test!!! She got full points 42/42 and earned almost a price of honour. Congratulations!!!
14/06: Cummels daughter Pasquinel's Galilahi "Nova" did very well on her first show: 1 exc., BOB and BIG2!!! Big congratulation from us!
07/06: Cummels daughter Pasquinel's Gahi "Gallardo" won a first price in obedience trial, big congratulations!!!
04/06: This week Mini got visitation from her owner Peter from Sweden. The two got along immediately and Mini can't wait to move to live with Hanne, Peter en Diesel in August!
23/05: Happy Birthday, today our Cummel gets 5 years old!!!
18/05: Club Match of the Dutch Weimaraner Club: Cummel got "very good" and second place in working class.
Today we received also the certificate about Cummels entry in the working dog register of the club!
17/05: Mini's first show entered in baby class: she got "very promising" and best baby Weimaraner at the CACIB show in Wieze/Belgium!
15/05: Happy birthday to everybody from the P-litter of the kennel Cum Caerulei Oculi out of Pecunia and Cummel. Today they get one year old!!!
10/05: During the training weekend of the Swedish Weimaraner Club Cummels son Pasquinel's Geronimo passed the ability test for blood tracking - and only one day later he could achieve a second price in open class. Big congratulations Gino en Lotta!!!

14/03: Puppy Mini has come to live with us for a time. Because of import regulations she may not move to Sweden yet, where her new family Hanne, Peter and longhair weim Diesel lives. We all love her so much!!!
23/02: Cummels son Kasimir v/d Tuindershof passed the EG3 test for obedience!!!
09/02: Yearly member meeting of the Belgium Weimaraner Club: Cummel received the Trophy van Laurani's Hof for his Belgian Championship of Beauty 2007
27/01: We started with a new training: blood tracking! Cummel loves it and we try to practice every weekend.
23/01: Diploma award for gundogs of the "Flanders Hubertus Association".
Cummel did achieve 125/130 points and obtained the second ranking in his class!
